How fast can you turn around a draft?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours for up to 5,000 words. Rush jobs — 24 hours or same day — are available on request for a small surcharge. Retainer clients get a dedicated 24-hour turnaround as standard.
Will you change my voice?
No. Preserving your voice is the point of the service. We correct what is wrong and tighten what is unclear, and we leave the rhythm and word choice that make the writing sound like you. Every change arrives in tracked changes, so you can see and reject anything you disagree with.
What file types do you accept?
Word documents (.doc, .docx) and PDFs, up to 25 MB. Google Docs links work too — share it with comment access. If you have something else, send it over and we will tell you quickly whether we can work with it.
Is my draft kept confidential?
Yes. Your document is only ever seen by the editor working on it. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send anything — just ask, and we will have one over to you the same day. Unpublished manuscripts and pre-announcement material are routine here.
What if I’m not happy with the edit?
Tell us what missed, and we will do another pass at no charge. If the second pass still is not right, we refund the project in full. That is what the satisfaction guarantee means — there is no form to fill in and no argument to have.
